WorldYouLike_BannerAdopt a bee – get honey for free

Adopt a bee is a rewarding way to give something back into our environment. Bees are a critical to a healthy environment but worryingly their numbers are declining globally.

The core concept of Adopt a bee is really quite simple but it has many opportunities to expand. We buy beehives, find them a nice home and take care of them. You adopt a bee by purchasing shares for a small fee and in return the bees will work hard to fill two jars of honey for you by the end of the summer.

You’ll be able to follow your bees on our website and you can even come and pay them a visit.

Adopt a bee will also invite you to seminars about bees and bee keeping.

The three main reasons to why you should support Adopt a bee are:

Bi You help raise awareness for the bee’s role in our ecology.

Bi  You help support the local market and to start up more bee-hives.

Bi  You help keep the old tradition of bee keeping alive.

Bees are a critical to a healthy environment but worryingly their numbers are in decline. Your investment – 330 kr per share – can make a difference. Our current projections, we estimate that 50% of your investment shall be transformed into honey, while the remainder shall be invested in taking care of the hives. If you don´t live in Sweden the honey will be sent to you by post.

Please be aware that your investment in Adopt a Bee is not without risk. Bees can get sick and are at the mercy of Mother Nature.

  1. Hardly ever do I come across a blog that’s both entertaining and educated, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Your concept is excellent, the difficulty is that not many people are talking about it.
